purchase. In the unlikely event you want
to return an item,
you can return any
item
that you are not totally satisfied with in its original packaging and tags.
We will be happy to offer you an exchange, an AppalachianBirdhouses.com credit
to be used at a later date, or a refund to your credit card. The items MUST be
unused and
in the same condition it/they were sent to you in, and MUST
be returned within 30 days of the original shipping date.
Shipping, handling, and return shipping charges are NOT refundable (since UPS
won't refund us the money - otherwise we would).
We hope you'll
also give us the courtesy of a call or email us to let us know that your item(s)
is/are on the way back and the reason. We're always striving to improve our service
